Traditional Indian Cuisine </ b>
The “Bombay Lounge” is all about tandoori dishes, which are prepared according to the style of the Mughal chefs. Signature dishes are lamb tikka tandoori, chicken tikka tandoori and a jheenga curry with shrimp.
The menu gives a brief introduction to the Indian spices and their meaning. The dishes are tuned to the European taste or, if desired, traditionally spiced with indian spice.
Vegetarian dishes and naan variations from the charcoal clay oven, three-course menus with starter, main course and dessert are offered and come with traditional drinks as well as classic cocktails. At luchtime, a buffet is offered.
